Introducing the Initio Power Unit (IPU) – the powerhouse at the core of our cutting-edge powertrain system. Crafted for peak performance, the IPU is engineered to deliver exceptional torque throughout a broad RPM spectrum, optimizing the power-to-weight ratio for outstanding efficiency under diverse operating conditions. This engineering marvel seamlessly integrates the motor unit, bi-directional inverter, and power electronics into a unified, high-performance solution.

Introducing our cutting-edge battery pack, showcasing our exclusive immerse cooling technology that sets new standards in lithium cell performance. Our proprietary design ensures direct liquid contact with cells, unlocking unparalleled volumetric density. This revolutionary cooling capability maximizes both performance and life expectancy, establishing a benchmark in the industry.

Safety is our top priority, and our immerse cooling technology acts as a natural barrier against potential thermal and electrical runaway, enhancing overall safety standards. The battery pack is comprised of purpose-built modules, featuring a Polyamide Frame made of Nylon 6,6 with 30% glass fiber reinforcement, guaranteeing both isolation and structural integrity.

At the cell level, we've implemented individual fuses to isolate potentially damaged cells while enabling the module to continue functioning. Our integrated Battery Management System (BMS) takes safety and efficiency to the next level. The modules include an isolated BMS board connected via a robust and redundant differential bus in a ring configuration, providing seamless communication. All this information is transmitted to a central management computer, offering comprehensive control and monitoring.

Designed to optimize power delivery, regenerative braking, and charging, it goes beyond mere management revolutionizing your driving experience.

Our central computer is the conductor of this symphony of components, coordinating and processing powertrain data. From real-time monitoring to cloud-based data analysis, it streamlines information flow for enhanced performance and efficiency. The user-friendly interface provides a menu empowering you to interact with your vehicle like never before, elevating the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) capabilities.

The innovation continues throughout our permanent cloud based monitoring system. Voltu vehicles are linked to the cloud, storing data in an accessible format. Fleet owners and users can tap into a comprehensive suite of cloud services, empowering them to monitor their vehicles collectively or individually. Real-time alerts on performance issues, emergencies, and driver´s behavior monitoring such as route deviation, over speeding, and emergency brakes ensure proactive and informed decision-making.
